Thomas Harrell is the Founder and Principal of Rise Point Living Capital. With a background in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning, he brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to multifamily real estate acquisitions and investment decisions.

Through Rise Point Living Capital, Thomas focuses on acquiring and improving apartment communities across Midwest markets, identifying opportunities where operational improvements and thoughtful execution can create long-term value for both properties and residents.

At Rise Point Living Capital, Thomas applies these same principles to multifamily real estate. The firm’s investment strategy focuses on acquiring workforce housing and value-add apartment communities in growing Midwest markets where thoughtful capital improvements, operational efficiencies, and resident-focused management can enhance property performance and strengthen communities.
